FAQ

  • How much do you charge?

Dog walks - £13 for an hour and an additional £5 for a second dog from the same household. £9 for a 30 minutes and an additional £5 for a second dog from the same household.

    Home visits / pop-ins - £9 for 30 minutes and £13 for an hour.

Dog sitting/Home Boarding- £30 a day and an additional £5 for second/third dog.

  • How many dogs do you take at a time?

The maximum number of dogs I walk at a time is 5. This is in order for me to have complete control of each dog. It also prevents fights to break out or for a dog to get picked on. It ensures the safety of everyone involved, including myself, the dogs, and the public.

With this amount of dogs I am able to keep a close eye on each dog and will be able to see when they go to the toilet in order to clean it up.

  • What makes your services different to other dog walkers?

One of my aims as a dog walker is to socialise dogs as much as possible to help with their behaviour. As I have a dog of my own I would like to make this possible by bringing her on walks with me to help with socialisation if needed for young pups who need a little practice at socialisation and to also help nervous dogs by slowly introducing them to others.

  • What made you start your business?

I love dogs and have always wanted to work with them. By creating my own business I have a great opportunity to work with a variety of breeds, and to watch each dog’s unique personality.

  • Are you insured and have a license?

I am fully insured via Protectivity insurance and have a home boarding license from Monmouthshire Council.
